Start taking 5 mg of creatine a day. Drink high quality whey with every meal. Lift 6 times a week, hitting maxes every day. Pre workouts are going to be a necessity. Take bcaas post workout. Some say that you get enough bcaas from the whey, but why would there be a separate supplement for it if that was the case?
Do this for about 5.7 years, and to non-literary, you should look pretty close.
