I'm 5'11 too and I definitely don't think it's a good manlet cutoff height. At my uni, which is mostly white and middle/upper class (taller on average) I feel like I'm right on average height. Seems like the real manlet cutoff should be like 5'8 or something, since I think that's really the point where it starts to have substantial negative effects on your wuality of life
