You could maybe do weighted chin ups and do like 8 sets of 2. Then do like a 6xF with just BW

At the start of your workout, do them to failure.
Rest 5 minutes.

Come back for three more sets at the end.
After your down, hang on the bar for as long as you can. Don't be a pussy and let go because it gets uncomfortable. Hang on that bar until your forearms literally give out and you drop.

If this is for army, do plenty of cardio too, lose a little weight. It makes a big difference.

be able to do at least 17, focus on cardio for getting that 18 min two mile, and just do the 100 sit ups cause those are easy. thats a first class pft score there
