What's the most efficient way to eat eggs?

Boiled? Scrambled? Poached?
I don't care for taste I just want as many of them in me as fast and as painless as possible.

raw is a meme. bioavailability of egg protein is much higher when cooked, and it is of course marginally safer, bacterially speaking.

Powdered eggs is the best way possible. Put that shit on everything.

i take 6-8 egg whites in the morning and 6 in the evening

i microwave them and stir takes less than 2minutes then i add black pepper and ketchup
you may be al matcho now but u will get bored of plain eggs fast

some times when i don't have access to a microwave i will drink them raw but not often because i don't wanna die.

have read a few studies that suggest individual variation matters a lot as regards high egg consumption. I would be pretty cautious about >6 per day though, everything in moderation my dude

I like eggs, but I get sick of them pretty quickly. I've been putting them in my protein shakes raw for quite a while. Supposed benefits:

I generally pour the raw whites directly into my pee hole. The yolk I insert into my pooper. Maximum gains.
