Cutting, ~500 calories, 40g protein, 20g fat and 13 carbs.

so far today:

2 packets of oatmeal - 320cals
2 cups of coffee

it's only 11am

probably gonna have a salad with pork for lunch

just finished 2 pieces of toast with peanut butter

still hungry as fuck but got a big dinner ahead of me

gonna make some satay chicken with some veggies and rice bruhs

can someone calc the macros?

1 cup jasmine rice
300ish gram chicken breast
bit of peanut butter + satay pack lets say 100 cals
about 200g veggies

Considering that it's 10:17am, 3 over easy eggs with brocolli, peppers, onions, mushrooms, chicken and ham. Bacon on the side because why not. 3 cups of basic-ass lipton tea.

Keto is going well, I just ate like 5 carbs and I'm stuffed and ready to study finals

Cutting, lunch was a footlong sub with turkey & ham, no sauce on cheese&oregano-bread. Around 600 cals, approx 86 g carbs, 46 g protein, 10 g fat. Feels good man!

Dinner will be steak, mozzarella, tomatoes and zucchini. Macros not yet calculated.

Total of 2439 Cals and 139g of protons (I'm 61 Kg). And I'm pretty sure I eat too much carbs...

Almonds aren't that bad (10 have 60 cal, 0,4 g carbs, 2 g proteins, 6 g fat). Just don't eat all of them at once.
