2 or 3 sugars.

I use milk instead of water and throw in a chunk of brown sugar.

bananas and milk

Oats , milk , banana and strawberries

Milk, protein scoop, peanut butter.

3 preoteins

I never cook it because it gets hot and gummy and takes too long. I add chocolate protein powder, nesquick, flax and chia seeds as well as milk.

Keep it out of the microwave. Boiling oats is 100x better.

I put a lot of stupid shit on it. Sliced avocado, peanuts, peanut butter, diced chicken, green onion, fried egg. Not in any order sometimes either 1 or 2 things.

Whey, banana, milk, cum, various berries depending on the season.

I eat it uncooked with nothing on it and down it with water. Oatmeal isn't something I like eating so I'd rather get it out of the way instead of trying to fancy it up.

honey as well as sugar
cinnamon
frozen berries once out of the fire
haven't tried yet but bananas sound good too

>cum
way to not lose your gains user, i respect that

>mfw I just realized I can put cinnamon on my oats

>cum
thats gross

dash of cinnamon, tsp of stevia, tsp of honey, blueberries, cocoa powder

cinnamon and brown sugar is amazing

>not activating you oatmeal with a teaspoon of cacao powder
ishyyddt

Banana
Berries
Cinnamon
Nutmeg
Vanilla while cooking
Protein
A little bit of maple syrup
Apples

Depends on how im feeling for the day, sometimes I mix ingredients others days its just one.

Stir in an egg the last minute
Flaxseed powder
Chia Seeds
Peanutbutter or any nutbutter I have
Almond Milk
Coconut Oil
Protein Powder
Sometimes a scoop of a greens supplement
Sometimes a banana

>Take a nice ripe banana
>Get a spoon
>Smoosh the shit out of that banana in a bowl until it is essentially a clumpy sauce
>Cook oats in microwave with salt and water
>Mix in milk until it is creamy
>pour in mashed up banana and shake in some high quality cinnamon
>stir and eat

Always delicious.

literally just slice a banana into thick oats. I really need to get creative with my cooking, it's embarrassing.

>oats
>water
>raisins
>banana
>cinnamon

I make protein bars with chocolate protein powder, quick oats, peanut butter, and milk. Kinda sticky but they're good shit.

oats
milk
2 scoops
banana
mix all together in the blender it tastes super nice

Water and/or Milk
Little bit of Salt
Cinnamon, nutmeg, ground clove
Vanilla
Brown sugar or honey or maple syrup or stevia or no sweetener
Diced nuts
Diced fresh fruits

en egg

after that, either sauteed mushrooms&onions (with 1/4 tsp oil = 10 cals jsyk if ur cutting), banana + peanut butter, or banana flavored whey + peanut butter.

the egg is vital, tho. improves texture 100%, adds protes.

oats
milk
cinnamon
banana
blueberries

>takes too long

literally 2 minutes wtf??

blueberries

dude, oats are so versatile, you can do them up however you want--sweet, savory, whatever. you can alter the texture... how do you not like oats?

I'm not saying that a person isn't allowed to have personal taste in food, but the "I hate oats" demographic tends to be the same as the "How the fuck do I eat greens they're so gross" one.

Oats have a very distinct "Healthy food" taste, don't know if you know what I mean, and someone conditioned to find the taste gross since childhood (mostly Americans) will find them dreadful.

too long to eat it maybe

also literally 2 minutes or less i dont understand

hm yeah i dunno, i like the way they taste on their own, but i prefer to add other stuff to enhance the flavor. and this is coming from a murican with a textbook fucking sugar addiction.

this

Raspberry jam.

>cum
just slipping that in there and hoping nobody would notice? I appreciate the honesty

>Sliced avocado, peanuts, peanut butter, diced chicken, green onion, fried egg

Nothing. I eat it with plain.

>he doesn't like savoury oats

user's my rolled oats have weird texture. I'm trying to get a porridge like texture. Something mushy. How do you cook your oats?

Soak them? Microwave? Boil? How long?

I dip my nuts in the warm oatmeal and start stroking my oiled (olive oil) cock while my nuts are submerged. Feels fucking amazing, like real sex.
My nuts get super tight and I start cumming everywhere, then I eat my oatmeal, clean up, shower and start my day

Why does everyone love oats?
I mean, I like them too but they don't seem to provide much for macros.
Seems like they aren't worth eating.

1/4 cup of mixed berries, 1Tbs brown sugar.

Water

Brown sugar and blueberries

Real niggas detected. cinnamon adds hardly any calories too

Peanut butter, Honey, Brown Sugar, Cinnamon, salt, and sometimes a bit of vanilla extract.

PROTIP: CINNAMON MAKES YOUR SEMEN TASTE BETTER. THIS IS BENEFICIAL IF YOU LIKE GETTING YOUR DICK SUCKED BY YOUR GF (or bf for you faggots out there)

1/4 cup oats
1/4 cup cottage cheese
1 egg
Splash of almond milk

Blend in Nutribullet, fry like a pancake.

Fellow cinnamon brah reporting in.
Also:
3/4 Almond/Oat/Hemp Milk and 1/4 water.
Honey.
Chopped Banana.

I sometimes vary it up a bit and add chopped, dried figs, or grate an apple into it.

Blueberries, butter, egg

Not usually sugar

>cutting
>oatmeal

breh

Gonna try this, thanks brah

eating oats uncooked doesn't dissolve the fiber surrounding the starches. You have to cook it to get the best effect.

2 cups oats
4 cups water
After bringing water to boil, add oats and bring to simmer for 10-15 minutes.
Add flax while cooking.
Done

Add banana.

Blueberries are also good but a bit too sweet, really.

Enough. This stupid tread is here every day. Say, here's some other topics you fellas might get some mileage out of:
> How do you take your coffee?
> What temperature do you drink your water?
> DAE exhale and inhale repeatedly to breathe?

Vanilla extract is gud

Usually bananas and granola mix

so do you eat nothing? or are you mistaking cutting for keto?

i don't get it

you'd enjoy Veeky Forums

you'd better not have started a porridge thread there

I actually put in some neutral taste corn flakes to my oats and milk, put it in the microwave for a minute and a half and thats it. I know it sounds disgusting to the macro snobs here but it just gives it something bit savory taste.

Otherwise, if i have the time to cook it properly, its bananas obviously. The best thing you can add to it, no other thing is needed.

oats
banana
protein powder
milk

Been American since birth, can confirm.

Got over it, ate the damn stuff, now I fucking love it.

Oatmeal is great for cutting. Fills you up with fewer calories than something like bread
