Kekked. That shit can be pretty damn inaccurate. You get better estimates with calipers. Another good option is using one of those dunk tanks every couple of months to a year and tracking yourself visually with pictures from week to week.

Calipers are only good for showing changes in an individual. They can't tell you your baseline bf% because of how different people are.

It's funny, I'm not even really trying to cut, I wanted to recomp because I don't have enough muscle

But when I started eating clean, I started dropping 1lb/week consistently

Turns out I don't want to eat so many calories when it's chicken and oatmeal instead of burgers

Just gonna see if I can get lean-ish (~12) without affecting strength too much, then do a proper lean bulk

Lifts went up if that means anything. I've been lifting 2.5 years though, so progress is pretty slow.
