Veeky Forums, how do I reach desired trap aesthetic?
I'm currently 210 pounds, was at 250 when I started but I'm gonna have gym access now so I can stop starving myself to lose weight. I'm 5'10, c cups, natural hourglass but still chubby. Hips are a little narrow but not too bad, hoping to correct it or make it better with corset training. But has no real shape but there's plenty of meat to work with back there.
Just wondering wha to can do to get a body like pic related as far as diet and exercise go. Anything in specific? I've been on hormones over a year.

So I wanna eat mostly carbs, high reps low weight. What's a good "low intensity" pace? Do you mean like a jog? Or a fast walk? Or a normal walk on an incline?
