Eating the yolk isn't bad for you, that is a 70s meme. It does however make eggs a bad choice macronutrient-wise as they will have almost equal fat to protien with the yolk left in. I personally mix the whites from 4 eggs and 2 whole eggs and make an omelet that way it has more protien than fat.

Last night I brewed 4 dl of coffee and refrigerated it.
In the morning I blended it with 4 dl of whole milk and 50 grams of Cinnamon Roll flavoured MyProtein® Impact Whey Isolate.
It was delicious. I think this will become a new habit. Brewing more coffee as we speak. Tomorrow I'll try almond milk instead, because I'm cutting.
