I haven't done it for like a good year, I decided to try it again today to see what I could do, it was a machine with a stack and I remember doing max weight before and suddenly now when I try it I'm doing about 40 kilos less. It bugs me since my squat has gone up. I was thinking there could be a glute and hammy to quad imbalance, would that negatively effect my leg press but not squat?

My squat is shite as well compared to everyone else. I've been at around 70kg squat for over a good few months. Just
a) can't be motivated to do it
b) I just can't seem to give it my all no matter what, I imagine I can do more weight but there's a sort of mental restriction in my head that stops me going to heavy on a weight, pretty scared to fail as well.
Oh well my legs are big any ways and I deadlift alot more. Just fuck my quads lol.
