That is how zyzz died
oh shit what a good idea I will mix monster with my tub of the curse tonight thanks OP.
>not downing 2 tbsp of dmaa with a monster
Huge caffeine surge mostly would probably flatline you after 1 sip. That's why on pre-workout cans says, do not mix with other caffeine or other pre-workout products.
Tl:dr; your heart gonna explode
If you're pwo is like 100mg caffeine like Dr jekyll then it's safe. Only like 250-280 MG caffeine then. 340 if you get the 24oz.
Also
>not working out fasted
You better be getting the sugar free faggot
Your* fuck me
because your pwo already has caffeine and moster tastes like shite.
>Not drinking straight up gasoline as pre-workout.
>Making it
Pick one
Only if you want to be a fat fuck powerlifter. Gasoline has 31,000 calories per gallon
gasoline is goat for bulking?
I've done this.
If you can handle the extra bit of caffeine, go for it.
yeah this, when i first started using pwo i used to drink energy drinks or have caffeine pills with it, i realised pretty quickly it doesn't work as well, you get a huge energy boost for a while but then feel like shit, usually half way through your workout, pwo works best if you only have pwo
>energy drinks
>preworkout
Be honest, how old are you?
>falling for the fasted workout meme
Mainly because it would be redundant.
here you go OP
You will build a tolerance and then you will be wasting money on monsters
Years ago I tried a few pre workouts.
The same one worked around 5 times it was most amazing lfiting sesh ever.
Then from there on it wouldn't work anymore.
I tried CRAZ3D
JACK3D
few other (sample packs) none of them would work anymore.
Why does this happen?
Because PWO is mainly just a big dose of caffeine. Your body builds up a tolerance to it.
I sometimes have Energy drinks themselves as a pre-workout. Never tried stuff like JACK3D etc.
Just drink some fucking coffee m8s and don't get shilled by the industry.
