For serious though, stop wasting time focusing on abs. In fact, try spending less time on isolation and do big lifts. You look like the typical dude that just does crunches and curls (bro tip: curls alone don't make your arms look big).

I did the same thing. First few weeks at the gym totally rekt me, but it was fun as fuck. I had muscles that were ridiculously sore that I didn't even know existed. The feeling of making so much progress and learning all kinds of new shit was great. Tangible strength gains came super fast.

My brofessor had me on a typical brosplit, which is not ideal but at the same time it also helped me really learn my way around the gym. After that, at the suggestion of a new gym bro (I graduated and moved for a job), I did SS with a bit more accessory work on arms. Going to a "real" program made my gains develop about twice as fast. Not even joking.

What did I just say about isolation and abs?

I dont do them daily
I do 5x15 pushups with weight on my back and my feet elevated. I just add weight every other workout if i can
