Something like this. Look up Rapid Fat Loss diet/ PSMF / V-Diet (but don't buy their shills).
Get in your protein, add some fat. Lift heavy and do volume, not SS shill. Go to reddit's /r/fitness wiki and find PPL for beginners, it's great.
Also some shit I learned while doing fast cuts:
> Walk a lot. Take your girlfriend out for a walk. > Replace coffee with caffeine pills. > Row, row, row a ton. Go to the erg in the gym, put a movie on your phone and go rowing.
> Do pullups/chinups on the regular, daily basis. If you can't (I assume), start doing negatives and slowly get into it. Like, at least 10x per day.
It doesn't burn an insane number of calories, but it basically transforms you. Arms and lats increase in size and that makes any physique look way better.
