Buys and sellers cause price action, and right now it's looking like a bunch of early buyers are ready to cash out. Once the price falls too much everyone will want to get out. This is when you get into a situation when the instrument is oversold and the price bounces in the short term. However, typically a downtrend follows a sell off.
