Train together anyway. I do oly lifting and my gf is on SS. Sometimes we have to wait on each other, but it's always a good time.

You could try strongman. There's some elements of powerlifting and some elements of crossfit, only it's not boring like powerlifting or for weak babbies like crossfit.

don't they do benching, squatting and deadlifting in crossfit? Why don't you train with her on the days she does those lifts and when she is doing muscle ups or whatever do your own training GPP.

"Constant variance" is double speak for "uncoordinated and random".
