How much water do you guys drink everyday to stay fit?

I went to the doctor for frequent headaches and being exhausted all the time and I ended up having to stay for a day because I was severely dehydrated

4 liters

That's close to a "gallon" in Cletus units

Holy shit that's way too much water

About 1300ml. I don't do it to stay fit though I do it because it's a requirement to stay alive.

How did you not notice your dehydration? Thirst sets on long before headaches.

I drink about a liter a day. Mostly drink coffee and tea throughout the day though.

...

Iktf but that was when I was an alcoholic and was drunk everyday for 2 years

>tfw I passed out at work due to dehydration

How is it too much?
I get its "more than enough" but what means too much?
I drink about 4-6liters and you get me concerned.

Mad Eurocuck over them sweet Freedom units. Also just as important is getting dem dere Electrolytes. Drink all the water you want, without electros you're gonna fuck around and die.

i drink till my pee is white
then Idgaf

I never really felt thirsty

Not really. I drink like 1.6 L just going to the gym and running. Be a sipper, not a guzzler. Keep a water bottle with you at all times and just keep sipping throughout the day. Makes you feel amazing. Try it.

Yeah I try to drink about a gallon a day. But it really depends where you live, how hot it is, and how humid it is.

Hes right that is too much water. You're going to die if you keep that up unless you're constantly sweating

>water makes you feel amazing

u wot m8? You sure that ain't vodka you're sipping on?

You may have an underlying neurological issue then. Might want to see a specialist.

I've made sure to drink at least 4 of those 500ml bottles a day since because I was feeling like complete shit before I found out it was dehydration

I'd say about 2 liters a day. More in the summer.

Basically your kidneys will begin to get overwhelmed by larger quantities of water as we aren't used to processing such large amounts of fluid. It's recommended not to go over 4 liters a day for most average males. Seriously, you could die.

Yeah that's another option but not feeling thirst could be a sign of something more serious. If you have good insurance get tested. If you live in bongistan good luck.

When I used to be dehydrated, I felt so groggy, tired, sapped, and just saturated. I started drinking water and felt much more awake and decent.

People who don't know what the fuck they're talking about.

You drink to thirst, that can be more or less. I'm 6'1 180lbs and I down a Gallon/day and more on days I train. You people must be manlets or just not physically active enough to warrant a larger intake. Train Martial Arts and Strength training 6x/wk on anything less and you'll end up in the fucking ER.

I always feel thirsty and can't stop really.
I drink like 1L when I wake up and so on during the day, whenever I can really.
I also train about 3hours a day and usually go to the sauna about 3-4 weekely.

Keep in mind your intake also depends largely on the climate of where you're from. I was in Spain a couple months back and all I really wanted to do was drink cold beer and lounge around because I am not used to being in a warm climate at all.

Canada here

Well if your healthcare is anything like the NHS good luck to ya as well.

>been doing 4+L a day for years
>perfectly healthy

It's almost like everyone is different. All I do is take a sip of water when I feel like I need to. Never force myself to drink or anything

This

I couldn't believe it was because of dehydration that was making me feel so shitty, I was also drinking alcohol everyday for about 8 months prior to hospital visit

Kek you drank everyday and didn't think it was because of alcohol abuse?

how much were you drinking on average each day?

GOVAD

Around a fifth of vodka each day

enough to keep my pee's specific gravity between 1.000 and 1.030

...

Jesus christ no wonder you were dehydrated

not enough salt

You must be a dehydrated little raisin

Yeah I realized that afterwards that alcohol dehydrates you badly

I guess It also makes you retarded

>He doesn't understand osmosis

You did go to high school, right?

It definitely does. I smoked weed and huffed nitrous every day for about 6 months and didn't experience any cognitive decline. A few years later I started drinking heavily and could see myself getting dumber by the day.

>when thirsty drink
>when not thirsty don't drink
>if you are working out and sweating drink

That's all there is too it. No magic number you need to reach each day, everyone is different so everyone will drink different amounts

>always feel thirsty?
how much do you piss mate? you been checked for diabetus?

about 8 times a day and fucking 8 other times during evening/night
Obviously I went to the doc who suspected it as well but should I check again maybe ?...

...

No I pee 25x a day easily and I don't have diabetes

I was in the same shoes and was also tired as fuck, but the doc said I was healthy.
Now it's better. I still pee and drink more than anyone I know, but less than before, and am not as tired.
I didn't change anything though.

But think about it: the thing they tell you if you've got diabetes is to exercise and watch what you eat. If you're here, you're hopefully doing both.

And brother, if it was so serious that you'd need to take insulin injections, you'd have noticed.

4-5 pints a day 7 if i went to the gym.

12 beer a day here

man I fucking love those kind of threads, post more user

no

ok :(

I usually drink like 1 litre outside the gym, then 2 while I'm in the gym.

you can get water poisoning by doing that, you lose a lot of electrolytes in your body by doing that.

This

Hahaha. Really? You fucking chump.
I drink a gallon a day-5.3 liters for all the crooked teeth fags.

A gallon is 4 liters

30 ml per kg of bodymass is if you are not physically active.
45-60ml per kg of bodymass depending on intensity of activity.

remember that lot of fluid loss means lot of electrolytes loss so replace them too.

Oh. Then I guess I do a bit more lel

Whats with people and not drinking enough water? My ex did the same thing and it drove me fuckign nuts

>babe i have a headache
bitch hasn't drank water like all fucking day
>no its not that hng
>lays on bed
>watches korean shit on youtube for hours and wonders why she has a headache

it was fine at first then i wanted to force feed her water because i KNEW it was from dehydration

I think if you fail to drink enough water daily that you start have ill effects then you are a lesser human being.

i drink ATLEAST 2 of those monster jug things at the gym and sip water the rest of the fucking day. IT FUCKING MAKES US ABLE TO PERFORM MOST OF OUR BIOLOGICAL PROCESSES
IF YOU "FORGET" TO DRINK WATER THEN YOU ARE A LESSER HUMAN BEING YOU STUPID FUCK DIE

Please explain to me how you can be so retarded that you forget to drink water.

PROTIP TO STAYING HYDRATED

CHUG A 300-400ML GLASS OF WATER AS SOON AS YOU WAKE UP

MAKE THIS ROUTINE AND HABIT AND YOU WILL SO MUCH BETTER AND MORE ENERGISED THAT A CUP OF COFFEE

The body can process 1 liter of water every 4 hours. 1 gallon in 24 hours is the perfect amount, especially if you stay active and sweat

Mine does that too bro. She never drinks water ever

I was drinking juice and vodka everyday instead

Shouldn't the amount you should drink vary on height? Or gender to some degree for girls who masturbate a lot

Thanks senpai I'll try it

Buuuuuuuuullshit.

The only problems that can occur with high water intake are negated by supplementing minerals, and not holding in your urine.

What are signs you are drinking TOO much water?

Surprisingly a lot like dehydration. Nausea, fatigue, light headedness. It's called water intoxication and people die from it every year.
en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Water_intoxication

I drink a little more than a gallon per day.

I don't drink water I drink beers, usually 15 per day and I'm never dehydrated

I drink 3-4 liters.
Pee like every fucking hour so I know I'm good and kidneys regulate my water levels fine.

>Girls who masturbate a lot

...

You must be fat

I drink between 7-10 on an average day no problems after a year of doing so.

>falling for the water jew
>losing your sodium and electrolytes
>accumulating heavy metals and fluoride in your body
>falling for the "fluoride is bad is a meme" meme
>being a tryhard cunt that carries a water jug everywhere

Litres I mean not egg cups. I drink tap water so fluoride me the fuck up

user...

How often should I be unirinating if I drink markedly more water than I normally do? For the past month or so I've been drinking bottled water and been going to piss all the time.

I've heard a pinch of sea salt in the water can help with water retention. True or not?

Agreed, I live in a hot place and work outside. In summer I drink 6-8 litres a day, more on workout days.

Drink till your piss is clear.

I drink like 6-8 litres a day

Easily more than a gallon

I drink about 8-10 liters a day. But I'm an alcoholic and always feel thirsty so idk.

i drink probably 2-3L per day, but on weekends I don't drink as much...I should on the weekends because I usually get blasted.

2 liters while in the gym?.. How long do you work out for and how do you not vomit? You must be exaggerating the numbers.

I go through 2 litres in a workout, even a meme tier calistenics workout at home. Am i going to make it?

how often do you peeee?

Read a scientific study that said 2.5 liters is optimal

haha post that gem on reddit!

Sometimes 8 liters or 33,814 freedom "cups"

>tfw gootecks doesn't progress at all

Iktf man my piss is always yellow
