You need to build up to carrying 60 kg to 100 kg loaded bag on your back, 10 kg to 25 kg on your arms so called firearm looking kind of metal, 5 kg on each ankle and 5 kg on each wrist.
Do obstacle runs beginning from 10 km in 1 hour to 66 km in 6 hours.
For 10 km each 1 km you place an obstacle, such as pull ups push ups, those rep 50. Continue till you finish. With the 66 km you do it for each 5 km.
To achieve this in 10 months.
Start with push ups, pull ups, sit ups, squads and different own weight exercises.
Most helpful to getting your body used to weights is stairs. Don't forget to build it up slowly.
Swimming and running is very important. And a healthy diet. You can't exceed more than 2500 kcal a day. When you start carrying the 60 kg bag you can start expanding your kcal up to 3k.

this is the minimum requirements to qualify for a norwegian special hunter, which are one of the two primary special forces units in Norway
>8 pullups
>45 pushups
>50 situps
>25 back extentions
>steptest,70 for each foot with a 25kg backpack (probably up a stairway or some shit i dunno)
>25 meters swimming underwater
>4 meter dive
>track run, 32 rounds in 10 minutes (one round: 15m x 7 m x 15 m x 7 m)
>30 km march in 4 hours and 40 minutes with 22kg backpack+weapons
and after that there's some hell test you gotta complete that they don't tell you about, so you gotta be able to do the shit above easily
oh and also 400m swimming in 11 minutes

You carry that before you enter a combat zone. You need to be able to jump from 4 to 6 meters with a 60 kg backpack.
And you need to be able to run around, swim as silent as possible.
In combat situations there are different acts to do. And it all depends on your role and position at that time.
that is the warm up. That is what they do during the day. They will try to consequently during the hell days the 3 days that you are stuck there, make you push at least 2 to 3k push ups sit ups, squads. tons of stuff with as little as sleep as possible.
