That's known in the cooking world as a Deconstructed Fried Egg Sandwich (DFES) and they are indeed awesome.

C'mon man- if you're not producing enough thermo energy through your workout- especially on cardio days- to properly flush your arteries then your diet is not the issue.

I'm eating a plain yogurt that has old pieces of garlic fallen into it from when I was cooking

Hi guys. Is it ok to freeze ground turkey that already got thawed once? I made burgerpatties but got too much stuff. Do I have to fry it first or is it ok to just freeze it?

Brotein chili

8oz ground turkey
8oz tofu (use chicken for more protein, I just used tofu cuz I needed to get rid of it)
1 cup tomato sauce
1 cup cottage cheese
1 cup black beans
2 garlic cloves
Some scallions
Chili seasonings: paprika, oregano, chili powder, cumin, onion powder, etc

I topped it with sriracha and cilantro and it was great. Add the cottage cheese in at the end, 5 mins before chili is done (just to warm it up). I left it on the stove for~45 mins at med-low heat.

My recipe serves 2 people but could easily serve 4. 1 serving is a bowl filled to the top.

1 serving has:
522 calories
55.5 grams of protein (would have more if you use chicken)
18.8 grams fat
37.1 grams carbohydrates

Bretty good for 55 grams of protein in one big serving, fit my macros well.

Would probably be good with some sunny side up eggs and avocado on top if you're bulking and want it to be higher in calories
