I've been lifting off and on since I was 13, but with some years doing cardio-intensive sports where I had to scale it back and a few intervals with injuries that seriously hampered training. I had a 1,000lb+ total before the beginning of a rugby season two years ago but got fucked up so badly playing rugby that I couldn't lift heavy for almost a year.
i have minor genetic arthritis, but i mostly dont because the guy that taught me said it reduces your v-taper
and since im a shallow cuck i figure its more important than being strong

Whenever I see PL threads I compare all the lifts to a 14 year old on my high school football team. Kid benches 305, squats 485, deadlifts an even 500 with 4 months of lifting ever. Helps he's 6'8'' 300 pounds.
