Blockfolio is only a ledger of your coins, you don't do shit with it.
I will tell you the steps as I have completed them.
First, you open a Blockchain wallet,
Buy some BTC with your credit card or bank transfer.
Once you have a wallet with BTC, open an account on Binance or Bittrex,
Transfer BTC to the Exchange of your choice and viola.

Just play with Blockfolio for 2-3 weeks and lurk /biz.
If you are able to differ between shills and genuine good advice make some trades.
If you lose your money just cash the BTC you have transfered and forget about the whole thing.
