how much are you eatling? start counting calories. bulk by calculating what you would need to eat to gain 1 pound per week. lift hard. make sure your macros are met every day.

Yea natty, I can't even afford protein powder. And I do have a little loose skin on my chest but thankfully it's not too noticeable. Thank god I lost the weight while I was still pretty young

I started off really not knowing anything and did icf about for 3 months, then switched to SS for about 4 months.

After I had a decent base I started doing a 5 day split, doing core every second day. Thats essentially what I'm still doing, but supplementing in HIIT about 3 times a week.

You'll have to eat if you want to grow.

what was your main change in diet that you did?

92kg on the left Feb 1 after a six month dreamer bulk, 78kg on the right as of a few days ago. Still looking to drop 2-3kg in the next month or so.

Was that all cutting or did you intergrate some cardio?

Two months and 20lbs lost. As you can see, half of that came from my neck.

1 year. 189 to 164. I cut to 151 then bulked to 164. 5'11

All diet, IF'ing at 1800-2000 cals a day. I sometimes do a bit of cardio to warm up or for fun, but not consistently enough to really contribute to weightloss.

For the first 4 or so months I tracked everything, and tried to hit my macronutrient goals everyday (1g of protein/lb or body weight, correct carbs and fats, and so on). After doing that for a while, I just finally realized what I should be eating on a daily basis.

I think one of the biggest things that helped me, was figuring out I should only be eating my calories. Sticking to black coffee, tea, and water kicked the skinny fat right off my body.

Just eat whole, good foods. If doesn't have to be meme teir (chicken breasts and broccoli), eat your meat, eat your veggies, eat your fruits, and make gains.

Smoke weed. When you get the munchies just chug a protein shake to the neck . That'll thin ya down fast

Adding onto this post, if you're having trouble figuring out what you should be eating in a day I'd suggest using MFP for like a month. It really helps you understand, and give you a perspective of what you should be eating in a day.

Also don't fall for the "eggs are bad for you meme" its one of the best cheapest protein sources you can get. Especially if you're a Canada bro.
