Incline bench is far from being the best if you wanna focus on the clavicular portion of the chest.

You're both wrong. If you want a chest you do flies. Lots of them. All benching hits shoulders hard and doesn't hit chest as much as you think it does, although they are great for it still and shouldn't drop them.

Alot of people set the inline angle to high which can snap your shit up, just set it at slightly higher angle than regular bench is sufficient. Same bench rules apply.

No, that's factually incorrect.

The majority of the ROM of the bench press is Transverse Flexion, which is the major function of ALL parts of the pec major.
While your anterior delts also help with transverse flexion, it's not their main function (flexion). They are not as strong.

The bench does include a small flexion component as well, but a big part of it is under hyperextension, where the lower portions of the sternocostal pec major have a very strong moment arm for flexion. Not only this, but the clavicular pec major has a strong moment arm for flexion regardless, so even if you were to maximise the flexion and minimise the transverse flexion in your benching, you would still be using your chest more than your shoulders.

Anterior delts are also one of the main movers on the bench.
However, the chest IS the strongest and primary mover, above all else (besides the triceps, which performs a separate function mostly on its own, though it does get a bit of help from the chest and shoulders by its passive tendon action on the long head).
