Have you considered switching to street workout for the summer?
Pros:
- no DYELs, no fatasses, no roidheads
- no loud music playing
- gives you functional strenght
- lots of exercises with progressions to them
- fun
- you breathe fresh air instead of some landwhale's sweat
- completely free
- those vitamin D gains
Have you considered switching to street workout for the summer?
I don't have anything like that in my town
I would but in not allowed within 500 feet of a playground
...
>no dyels
>look at pic
>a lot less efficient for building strength
>doesn't fit my fitness goals
Considering i transition to free running / parkour during the summer. Yes, yes i do.
skip leg day for the hole summer? no thanks
Yeah, I do, it's pretty much the best thing for getting mobility gains. It just sucks when the little girls show up in their tutus or leotards and proceed to completely humiliate me in terms of range and ease of movement
Because I'm not an arab teenage attention-whore curlbro
Found the guy who can't do pistol squats.
The sun has been scientically proven to cause cancer. No way in hell I'm leaving the basement.
i have to be able to do more than 1 pullup first
recommended routine?
I have been thingkins about doing it, is calisthenics good?
Actually yes. Summer is way to warm to spend in the gym.
its literally a bunch of DYEL tryhards
if you street workout you should kys
Pullups
Chin ups
More pullups
A couple more chin ups
Maybe a single dip or two
A muscle up if you can manage it
3 more pull ups
Dude I did calisthenics for like 6 months, I could do 15 pistol squats in a row. That shit does NOTHING except look cool.
Bunch of grown men hogging a children's playground
Few things in this world look more retarded
You can't do proper leg workouts with strictly calisthenics.
Running and gymnastics work great though
