She's so dull to watch

Get Gold Standard/EVL that mixes BCAAs in the Protein Powder, by itself it will cost you much more money.

she has the body i prefer in women so it's w/e to me

who is this cobra commander

Who is she?

I'm actually inclined to agree, she is really hot but really boring.

I should have chosen another image for this board...

taking BCAAs with protein powder would be completely missing the point of taking BCAAs at all

Neon sport kinetic. $20 on amazon

it is BCAAs and a protein powder?
Is it a soy/whey mix?
Is it quality on both the protein and the AA side?
And finally, is this what you use user?

What should I take with protein powder?

>dubget

How so?

Who is this erection injection?

This. Every scene is just awful even though her body is insane

I'm so glad somebody noticed that lol

who is this boner condoner?

don't fucking buy them and save the money.

C'mon user

But wouldn't a BCAA supplement aid in creating a complete protein resulting in more amino acid utilization and protein synthesis?

you can take whatever you want with protein powder, but BCAAs are meant to be taken alone

the point of taking BCAAs is the rapid spike in muscle protein synthesis you get by taking them alone. I'm probably not the best person to explain the details around this, but you'll find plenty of information online. also keep in mind that it has yet to be proven that taking BCAAs supplements will give you more gainz. the basic idea is to take it between meals and around workouts to spike muscle protein synthesis, which we know it does, but does it make any measurable difference? who knows

Chicken breast.

I don't even watch porn, I just like to rhyme :(

I always buy single-ingredient sups in bulk on ebay. I pick up 2x large bottles of ON BCAA's hella cheap every few months. Same with creatine mono, taurine, beta alanine, fish oil, and multi's. Can score preworkouts like C4 on the low if you keep your eye out as well. Usually 1/2 to 1/3 price of any retail store or even sales on amazon etc.

>not taking BCAA infused protein powder for instant gains from bcaa and then later on from the protein
Its like you want OP to not make it.

So you shouldn't take BCAAs before or after a workout and instead between meals?
I had never heard this before, interesting user
But that doesn't tell me what BCAA you use

>implying they make a difference

Bonus question: where to inexpensive and quality creatine for phosphocreatine production

>So you shouldn't take BCAAs before or after a workout and instead between meals?
I'm not sure how you got that from my post. I'm saying you can take it before and after workouts and between meals. this will be expensive, though. after workouts is probably the most useful time to take them so you can limit it to that.

Oh well that's when I take it, after exercise.
It would prove to be overly expensive to dose many times a day and probably be ineffective to split a dose up throughout the day as well.

you can't split the dose since you need a certain amount for the spike in MPS to occur. if you're worried about cost then just ditch the BCAAs completely. they're unproven, and nobody expects a significant effect to be proven anyway. even under the best circumstances we're looking at a very minor effect.

Yeah? What would you deem a necessary supplement?
When I took my NASM course the only thing they really endorsed the use of was creatine

Her deepthroat vids ain't bad.
