Drink at least a gallon of whole milk a day and squat 3x a week. Avoid cardio as that just burns up muscle. The lifting is all you need to get ripped. The milk is good for protein; only whole milk will do.

Long story short you'll need protein for muscle growth and carbohydrates to support muscle growth, it doesn't matter where they're from as your body processes hem the way it needs them at the time.

Bacon or even the beef found in burgers is still a decent source of protein, and a bowl of oats with chocolate chips scattered through it for breakfast will give you most of the carbs you need to grow.

Just be sure to cut out most fats from your diet like oily fish or really greasy fast food, also eat a decent portion (around a handful) of vegetables a day for vitamins, don't fall for the supplement meme either, unless you're a competitive bodybuilder it's a waste of money.
Finally don't overtrain, you need adequate rest between workouts, once every two days is fine.
