Ok so I am confused friends. I'm at 1.5 years of training and my proportions make no sense at all. I'm 5'10" 170lb and bench 240, squat 275, DL 365. Why are my legs so weak I work them 3x as much as my bench. I just finished a cycle of c6w. Do you guys think I should do another to help my legs get stronger??

Has anyone done the Greg Nuckols "complete strength training guide" programs? It's the thing he put out before the 28 free programs

I'm on it now and don't know if I should just do 28 instead

Here's the basic set up of the intermediate version
Day 1
> squat
> DL auxiliary movement
> lower hypertrophy
> rows

Day 2
> bench
> ohp auxiliary movement
> upper hypertrophy

Day 3
> deadlift
> squat auxiliary movement
> lower hypertrophy
> rows

Day 4
> OHP
> bench auxiliary movement
> upper hypertrophy

thumb loop lets you wrap it around your wrist faster, and is easier to tighten with. it gives you something to tug against, stretching out the fabric.

Yes.

I haven't done that specific program, although I have done some very similar programming from him.

It should work. The 28 programs tend to be more powerlifting oriented, the strength training stuff is more general. If its anything like the version I was doing though you'll need to eat like a motherfucker. The volume on it can be pretty rough.
