Just got through with snatch grip deads 75%x3x3. God, it felt good doing a session with low volume and intensity.

Do you ever decide to do small variants on sheiko? like changing your grip or bar placement or tempo a little? Or do you just do comp lifts for every session

On a double squat day I might do highbar on the second go

If a bench day feels lighter than usual, or I suspect my bench is going better than the program intended, I do longer pauses

Generally I just do stuff that'll make it harder when its going well

I never change my grip width in bench, dead or squat

What meme diddylift should i do today? Paused, stiff leg or snatch grip?

Do you think highbar is useful for most people, or is it just preference?

Also, have you ever had trouble hitting depth in the past? I've noticed that when I try to use a more narrow stance my depth is 50/50.

Not really, tbqh. I've slacked off in training occasionally but people tend to tell me and I correct it immediately.

One more sheiko question, what do you focus on during deadlifts to knees and block pulls? Both feel very off for me and I think this has hurt my dl gains on the program. I pull conventional. On block pulls I try and put myself where I'd be in a real deadlift, but doing so the programmed percentages feel next to impossible and I get lumbar rounding, which I almost never have on full lifts.

What do you mean? Is that the opposite of Trudeau?

*Making sure I do it like I do a normal deadlift
*Short pause at knees
*keeping my upper back together(key)

Block pulls:
*NOT LEANING BACK, this makes it a squat and makes it useless
*Thinking more in terms of straight legged deadlift, this makes the exercise a deadlift lockout from starting position which is entirely correct

I doubt either of them hurt your deadlift progress. They may feel uncomfortable at first but thats just an indication that you should make them your bitch tbqh. Space to grow etc
