any special training programs or methods to get stronger while maintaining bw or in other words to get stronger lifts compared to your bodyweight
mainly want to reach those number:
1,7 BW bench
2,3 x BW squat
2,7 x BW deadlift
any tips on how to approach this as a natural. currently at 80kg BW and those 1RM
86kg bench
110kg squat
140kg dl
also how long should i plan for reaching those goals?
