It can come back if you go back to bad habits. Like if I just started eating allot and no exercising. I'm sure I'd gain weight every where including my tits

Also doctor Caridi told me that pseudo gyno isn't real. And basically you can no get rid of it with out surgery. People try finding ways And hope you can take care of it yourself. Sorry if I'm making little since I'm very high on pain killers

I've heard similar things from Gyno specialists on YouTube. I've seen videos where the gland wasn't a huge problem but it was just completely entangled in adipose tissue.

which procedure did you get? i know of 2: one that enters through the armpits, and one that cuts near the nip itself.

also, do you still have sensitivity in your nipples? as gay as this sounds, i love it when girls suck on my nipples and lick them and shit. one of the most sensitive parts of my body. i want to know if i get this surgery, if that sensation is lost. i'd rather have puffy nips and greater sexual pleasure than a flatter chest and less fun sex.

i belive i got both, i have insertions in my armpits and on my nipples. i will post more threads through out my recovery for the next few weeks and ill get back with on some of the details.
and man you and me both, my nipples are also very sensitive and i love when my girl twists them, and at the moment, i can feel them. Dr Caridi said that they will be numb for some time, then the feeling either comes back or it doesnt.. small price to pay if it does turn out that way.
the booklet they gave me to sign was in all words scary. basically said that shit can happen from sensitivity lost all the way to infection with HIV so the nipple were the least of my worries haha. they way i see it even if i have a shitty out come, like they look fucked up. its still better than man tits...

nah i'm not worried about getting worse. i've been type 1 my whole life. you can see it through shirts if i don't wear a tank top underneath and it just makes me look fat. i've never gotten so overweight that i'll ever get even close to type 3. i've also never been sub 15% bf either, so i don't even know what i'd look like that lean.

honestly you look like you just have a little fat in your breast. you would have to see a doctor to be sure but if you havent been able to loose any of it its a good chance it is gyno. you look in great shape if you could lose it you would have by now

im only 6 days post op so i have a lot to go still.
while we were in austin i was still allowed to go do things, they said take it easy for 3 weeks but it wasnt that bad. with a hand full of pain killers youll have a blast. i went hiking down trails and all sorts of things. you have to wear a compression vest for 3 weeks and bandages over the vest for 2 weeks. thats really the shitty part is the bandages. thankfully i had my girlfriend there to readjust them twice a day. you also have to have ice packs under the bandages for 3 days. have you have to sleep at a incline for 3 days as well. be sure to order your compression vest before the surgery

3 weeks before you can start doing upper body work outs

I know I'm fat but I still think I have a mild case of gyno that won't go away as I get leaner and put on more muscle.

see a doctor first. all i can say is they wont get any better. in most people fat in the breast go last. the sooner they are taken care of you can expect better out comes. am i making since?it kinda sucked at first but ideally its the easiest way of sleeping since your all wrapped up in shit. you dont have to be a 90 degree incline but just enough for blood flow. also i forgot to mention you have to wear compression socks. your going to feel like a mummy but like i said the pain pills will make the experience awesome.

KEEP UP THE GOOD POSTURE! my problem was as i gained more weight and got larger tits, my posture would be slouching to cover up my tits, which in return made them even more saggier. same story as me man, the more i worked out and the skinnier i got my tits stayed the same.i would have to loose a ungodly amount of body fat to even tough my breast and even then who knows. you look good man and if you feel good about your self then dont sweat it but if you want to get rid of them do it sooner than later. itll be cheaper and youll have better results
