Honestly, none.
Cutting is too difficult for me if I eat 3 meals a day. I'd prefer to eat 2, or even 1 decent, more filling meals and count my calories.

Worst case scenario: Have a medium sized bowl of soup, no bread.

6 eggs in a whole wheat wrap with green/red peppers

black coffee with turmeric

Fruit and Greek yogurt.

1 kg vegetables and two scoopes.

Oatmeal with some whey and flax.

Turkey and beans, chicken and beans, 1 egg and either chicken or turkey, greek yogurt with pb and fruit, protein shake with some fruit and 2 scoops. Lots of good options desu, i eat breakfast every day and i manage to stay at or under my caloric goal. Just dont go over 300-500 cals with your bfast (dependings on your daily cals) and you are golden.

I ate two "big" meals a day, daily calories were around 2300, with a moderate bowl of oatmeal before my workout.

My cutting breakfast was:
4oz Chicken breast
3 Eggs, 1.5 cup egg whites
5oz baked Potato

Every day.

Now that I'm bulking, its the same, but a higher eggs/egg whites ratio (6/1)

remove bread, add spinach

40 grams oats w/ 1 scoop vanilla whey and flax
3 eggs
Half an avocado

Extremely high-fiber toast with a small amount of natural peanut butter. Have a late lunch of soaked chia seeds, a few blueberries, and some natural, no-sugar granola. Have a diet soda or some tea instead of dinner. Add a protein supplement if you're worried about losing too much muscle.

I've always found that it's easier to skip dinner than breakfast. The most important thing while cutting is to still get a good amount of fiber and water to keep your GI tract active.

That sounds like 800calories though m8. I can survive drastic cuts, but if I do any kind of strenuous activity I end up breaking my body.

gimme dat coffee afterwards. Im stuffed and it feels great huge meal too
