yeah. my hands shake a bit after lifting. it's fine

Sometimes my ears ring after power shrugs

>tfw tinnitus
>tfw the ringing is fucking blaring after doing heavy rows

overtraining ring a bell with you?

>not blacking out while squatting back up heavy ass Wright

Hearing aids are supposed to help

i see stars sometimes after a very heavy set. . .

is something wrong with me?

>lift heavy
>see 'stars' floating across my vision

I thought I was dying

it's apparently a thing
thenakedscientists.com/HTML/questions/question/3465/

I don't know if it's dangerous, I just finish my set even though my vision is full of stars and I feel dizzy. I have never fainted once in my life so I'm not concerned of that.

The shaking is the mutant within rattling his cage. Lift heavier to set him free.

> MY THING IS WORSE THEREFORE YOU SHOULDN'T FEEL BAD ABOUT YOUR THING xD

>feel traps and sternocleidomastoid shaking doing rear delt flies

Feels Gucci mang

Sometimes only my head shakes during barbell rows.

Is this creatine rage

I usually puke after my work outs

>do squats
>dick feels like it's gonna explode

im literally a doctor
and you literally *need* to work on cardio
like
right now
it's from lack of blood pressure from you 'going heavy' or whatever you kids call it now.
it's very, very common for people to stand up too quickly and share the same experience

Yup--sudden blood pressure change. The biggest danger is fainting and injuring yourself during a fall. If it gets intense, sit down.

It's the blood pressure change that alters your perception and balance, not necessarily dangerous, but it does imply you have either inherently low bp or you should've warmed up beforehand.
take a run for a few minutes before starting your set to get your bp in order to lift heavy, safely!

>be on business trip
>deadlifting in on a trial pass at some cardio-mom gym
>pass out
>come to on the floor with a bunch of hot milfs crouched around me, wiping my forehead with a wet paper towel

>do squats
>feel like my sphincter is going to shoot out of my ass

legitimately concerned

>tfw dont lift heavy
>tfw never have to worry about this shit

My legs shake after I've been lifting a while.

Squat plug fixes that
