Top secret asian method:
Get white rice you fucking pleb. Rinse it 3 times before cooking. When the rice is finished cooking let the steam settle for 15 minutes before taking the rice out.
Boil jasmine rice with 1:1.5 rice to water, add chicken seasoning and cilantro con achiote (some Goya seasoning that has a red color), and also add cumin and tumeric for dat dere yellow color. A few tbsp of butter and a dash of basil to finish it off.
Tasty enough on its own, but here's where the real fun begins:

>filet chicken breast, press into flour and diced garlic
>pan fry in oil until tasty
>cut into strips, add back to pan with more oil, veggies as chosen, and rice
>add soy sauce and OYSTER sauce (gives the dish umami, or "savory" flavor)
