what cardio for a fat guy (190lb @ 5'11)?

running makes me knees feel like they'll explode

I do a PPL routine. After pull day ill do 2km on my rowing machine. after leg day ill run 2-3km. i really only have time to do it ~10 mins after lifting. Im afraid of going harder or longer cause i dont want to negate my gains.
