How many days do you workout in a week? Are rest days necessary? How many days do you rest?

I aim for at least 5 or 6. Monday is upper. tues leg.. wed 1 hr cardio. thus upper .fri legs. Saturday or Sunday cardio.
I was doing 30 mins of Hiit cardio everyday after lifting as well but I've really been pushing myself lately and am just too exhausted from cardio after lifting. I added 2 core exerscises of my choice to the end of each session. Like 3 sets of 20.
Missing the nice results from cardio everyday so I'm just gonna make myself get up in the morning and do cardio first thing in the morning and lift after work as I usually do. Cardio days I'll just go once.

4 times a week 5/3/1 method + extra if I wanna do cardio.
Monday - Bench Focused + chest/tricep accessories
Tuesday - Dead lift focused + back/arm accessories
Wednesday - Squat and Core focused + leg accessorie
Thursday - OHP focused + shoulder accessories

5-15min stretching before every workout and 5 minutes of light cardio at the end of a workout.
Workouts consist of 45-2hr workouts, Some days I feel it.. some days I dont.
