For the past 9 months now, I've been going to the gym 2-4 times a week doing at least 1 hour sessions each time,
And this all felt a complete waste of time.
I have seen little to no results of improvement at all.
It's not like my diet is bad either. How the fuck do people get fit?

>2-4 times a week
Seems like you're not very dedicated, user.

What exactly is your goal? To lose weight, or to bulk? Post typical diet and workout routine.

start counting your calories
it's not hard don't be a pussy

Not that user but is it advisable to go to the gym 7 days a week? I never not want to be there

It depends on what program you're using. A typical PPL program will have you going to the gym 6 days a week with 1 rest day. On the other hand, you can also use Zyzz's 5 day program.

It's just preference. Personally, I go 6 days a week but do cardio every day.

It would help if we knew what you were doing. Also you need to go a minimum of 3 times a week.

Don't listen to brofags. 3 days a week is sufficient. You can't eat like a piece of shit or abuse your body in other ways and expect results just because you lift. Examine your daily habits before continuing.

first: who dat girl
second: You don't need to go to the gym so many days a week. I for example only go 3 times/week and made decent gainz for a year. Do an amount that you're comfortable with.

My guess is your diet is shit and you havent realized. Count calories and macros. Also do progressive overloade, don't stick to a weight because it's comfortable to lift.

First: post current body photo
second: I don't have a sencond

>It's not like my diet is bad either.

Are you sure about that?

There's only two possible explanations here, either your workout routine isn't good enough or your diet isn't good enough.

I've read the sticky here, made a training plan and been doing it for about 2 months 3 times a week. My sessions are about 3-4 hours long. Is that too long?

I've noticed massive gains in my legs, but not so much in my arms and torso yet, all I feel is that my shirts start to get tighter.
Maybe it's just predesposition, all my ancestors grew up in the alps. Also put on 11 lbs of weight.

I don't do cardio at all, maybe I should start doing that to build up more endurance.

>all I feel is that my shirts start to get tighter
you're gaining muscle mass. Don't worry

>goes to gym twice a week
>"guys I'm not seeing any progress."

DYEL? You can make sick gains going twice a week.

I

PROGRESSIVE OVERLOAD
EAT MOAR
WAIT LONGER

Been going to gym for about 3 weeks now and I've gained 4~ lbs already.
You're doing something wrong.

ya just gotta get more scoops bro

>Not eating enough
>not sleeping enough
>not working hard enough

Pick one or more

>4lbs in 3 weeks is muscle

How much do you eat pr day?
I go 4-5 times a week (1.5 - 2 hours pr session)
My brother tells me to eat 2500-3000.
I've only been at it for a few weeks but i can see some small gainzz.
I just dont wanna get fat again..

if you're not budging at all, you might as well pack on some weight anyway. yeah it'll be as much fat as muscle but its a more clear step in the right direction plus you could cut in 10 weeks or something

I dont wanna gain weight tho. I'm skinny fat (6'4 tall 98kg)
Might cut in 6 weeks (school start)

Lost 10 kgs in 4 months after quitting soda aswell

You wont feel different till a year or so
