Is squatting 6 days a week a good idea?

I've been doing it. Mixing rep routines and with pause squats and alternating front and backsquat.

Most reps I go is 3. Sets generally 10-20.

I start at 60kg and then go up 10kg every single set for 3 reps until the final 3 sets where I do a heavy single all the way up to my training max.
