I'm in the same boat as you. 30 minutes cardio daily on top of 1900kcals. When will I drop weight?

Calorie deficits are suppose to be a few calories at a time weekly (we generally see 50 as a healthy number, 100 is not uncommon).
You have the symptoms of someone who has cut a major portion of calories out of their diet.
If your body is not use to it, you'll feel like shit for a long time.
I weigh in around 175, my calorie intake is more than 2.2k and i'm on a cut.

You are suppose to be a little hungry, that's ok.
I always feel hungry when I wake up in the morning, but I am not hungry all day long.

Recalculate your calories user before you rekt yourself and start getting sick.

I'm 5'10 and went from 175 to about 165 in about a month and I'm eating around 2300 kcal a day

Counting calories isn't always that easy. Number one, maybe your TDEE isnt what it's estimated to be. In thay situation, you might be screwing up. Secondly, a newbie mistake that I personally made years ago was miscounting things.

Example: "

>Cook steak in 250cal of olive oil

Account for everything, overestimate how much everything is, make a big cut.

Also start running to allow yourself to eat more. I run like 5k on my off days, its like 20 minutes of actual cardio and equates to around 350kcal extra food which is a lot of food if you're smart about it.

its what happens if you cut before bulking. You dont have the lean mass there to expend the energy you're putting into yourself so its just stored as fat.

Its why so many people just end up skinnyfat after a month of dieting or whatever and then give up. If you have some lean mass behind you cutting becomes a lot easier because your TDEE is in the 2000-2600 range rather than the 1500-2000 range.

i was cutting for a few months now and about a month ago fucked up hard with diet and started overeating for like a month because of finals and destroyed everything i've worked for until that point , and now i'm feeling pretty shit because i know i won't look decent for summer

yep i'm sure. i weigh rice, pasta, lentils, potatos before cooking.

i kept my calorie intake at 2040kcals throughout the cut and didnt adjust it at all because that shit just stresses me out. My TDEE is around 2500-2800kcals because i work in a warehouse so it works out at around a 600kcal deficit.

As i said i run and then add the calories ive burned off back into my diet so it wasnt even really that hard to maintain the cut.

Its good you're back on track as well man, ive had dozens of failed cuts before this and it really is something you have to work up to. Just getting back on the horse and going for it again is half the battle.

Eat a minimum of 2k calories, your TDEE should be above 2k calories if you are the least bit physically inclined.

I have used several different TDEE calculators and averaged them out. Eating at a 400 Cal deficit and I am not one of those faggots that count wrong or defy theromodynamics.

Does that happen often? Is it possible that your BMR is way lower than calculations?

TDEEs are usually over exaggerated as is m8. Even if your TDEE is 2500, you're looking at 2k or 1750 based on a 500-750kcal cut. The fat fucks are the ones with the Giant TDEEs.
