Round = 1.5 miles, walked, depending, 4-7 (sometimes 8) times during the day.

hey i just started working out and i get really fucking hungry all the time, do you guys just eat until you're full or what like how does this shit work. I went from being a full time student eating 2 meals a day and sitting on my ass to working out 5 times a week and eating a lot...

to give you guys an idea like i ate...
half cup of black beans + 1 egg + 1 bran muffin
lunch = 2 wraps with beef + veggies
dinner = steak + potato + grilled veggies
snack 1 = cantaloupe, strawberries
snack 2 = home made bread with butter

also had a protein shake with milk, and other than water I had 2 cups of coconut water.

is this okay?? like as long as i eat decent food i can eat until im full right??

I has a handful of peanuts and almonds for breakfast, a salad with calamata olives and grilled chicken for lunch, and a bit of leftover brazed beef and edamame for a snack late in the evening. Cheated on my diet by having Firebal that night.
