Anyone else squat with suicide grip? Holding the bar normally makes my wrists bend back too much and I get wrist pain, but if I wrap my thumb on the same side as my fingers and have have the bar resting on my back and push my palms into it I'm fine, had no issues so far and even got up to a four plate squat

I don't have the experience to recommend anything personally. I know people have gotten good results from Cuckols, and that's about it. I haven't ever stalled on bench. Planning on going back on SS for bench, ohp, and deadlift after my cut is done tbqh.

Few people at my gym squat but they all grip the bar with their thumb wrapped around it, but then again most of them are dyel and I can OHP what they're squatting
