Why does that give you a bad feeling? Everyone starts somewhere, many people with just the bar, some not even that. Where you start doesn't matter.

after 9 months of gym i can bench (once) 115 kg ( like 253 lbs), at the beggining i could bench like 50kgs (110 lbs). My weight now is 68kg (149 lbs)
