I'm doing TM for all my lifts, with Spoto included on recovery day since my chest is fucking garbage tier.

Using 1RM estimations, once I hit around 350 for 5 reps I SHOULD be able to do 4pl8 for 1RM. Of course that is just an assumption but I'm gonna stick with it for now, so I theoretically I have to add about 55-60 pounds to my 5RM.

I definitely think that is doable within 6 months, especially with how I eat. I went from 160 -> 290 squat 5RM in the past 4 months and my bw went from 168 ->183-185, so about a pound a week

I have no idea, also right now I'm just pressing 3x a week and going to start pause pressing afterwards. Not many places where I can find programming for OHP so I just treat it like bench right now.

Impossible to say, there are too many variables.
But if you have good program, progress well, and gain bodyweight, you can probably do it in 4-5 months.
If you're excellent at pressing, maybe 3 months.
If you get stuck, 6+ months.
