Arms just take a long time to pack on size, for me. My arms grow as slowly as my calves, it seems.
Started with 13" arms, but now have 15" arms after a few years of lifting with time off here and there.
Favorite superset for getting pumped arms is chins back to back with dips. Look swole as fuck (for about an hour).
