Sumo is great for beginners to build leg strength to progress into conventionals in conjunction with RDLS.

Nothing wrong with Sumo but make sure you're hitting your lower lumbar with other routines.

Whenever I deadlift my knees go way in front of the bar when I'm setting
and as I pull up I have to practically straighten my knees before I do any straightening of my hips.
This puts a lot of strain on my back as its practically a SLDL and im having trouble going heavy.

I think its partly cause I'm 6'7 with long legs.
Will i be able to solve it by getting better mobility/messing around with finding a better form?
