>tfw live in Eastern European shithole >have to do construction work >come back home tired and have no energy for the gym I was lifting for 2 years for 5 days a week but then I finished school and now I can't go because my job fucks my shit up.
What do, bros?
Julian Kelly
eat more and go to the gym anyway, you'll adapt
Angel Edwards
I would happily carry on eating her asshole even if she was having a shit.
Dylan Evans
>What do, bros?
Just dont come to my country faggot
James Bell
Do construction work in Norway for 3 months and do nothing but lift for the other 9.
Cameron Fisher

Lincoln Baker

Ethan Cook
if you are from UK, Germany, Netherlands or Belgium I will come to your country because I'll get paid triple for the same job I do here
Carter Barnes
Neh we have the immigrants do manual work for cheap.
Luis Carter
My friends earn 2500 euro a month for doing the same shit I do here, but in West Europe.
Jonathan Perez
Try a preworkout
Carson Hall

Ayden Reed

Tyler Morgan
>I work construction >feel tired after work >go to gym anyway
The end.
Josiah Turner
Are you by any chance Polish?
Connor Murphy
>2016 >having a dirty asshole covered in shit Why even wear a thong? Is this a European fetish?
Matthew Parker
>faggots who never worked on a construction job
adapt your workout rutine OP, reduce volume until you can actually manage to do both things without dying
eat a lot more, and hydrate yourself constantly
don't kill yourself too much at your job if you don't have to (aka don't ego-work, trust me this is a thing at construction jobs), try to fix your posture each time you lift something heavy/do something harsh for your body, and don't be afraid to ask for help if you have to
try to go to the gym before you start work
Ryder Garcia
>I've never seen a womans asshole before
Blake Moore
I've done this. 6 days a week, 11 hours a day. Shit fucks you up, but you get used it. In a few weeks your body will adapt and you'll have enough energy to lift after work, just make sure you get enough calories and sleep in.
Also, eastern European btw.
Jacob Miller
The construction guys at my gym all go before work.
No way would a good workout happen after 8 hours of building work.
Gabriel Scott

Juan Moore
can confirm one summer I worked a job so physically demanding (for me at least) that I wasn't able to walk in a straight line from the car to my place. Working out before work was difficult and I didn't feel like it at all but it was doable.

>going to work tired instead of going to the gym tired
