What would the difference between eating at a -300 calorie deficit compared to a -800 calorie defecit?
500 calories
3500 calories equates to 1lb
cutting at 300 means you lose 1lb every 11-12 days
cutting at 800 means you lose 1lb every 4-5 days
This
>3500 calories equates to 1lb
What orifice did you pull that number out of?
He's right though, 1g of fat is 9 calories, just do the math.
But I'm wondering if it better to eat a less of a defict if you want to keep muscle.
Eat more protein
Came here to say that
You should probably have put that in the OP.
this
depends on how long you run a diet.
u would lose weight on either of those deficits obv but with the 500 cal you can run it shorter and not risk losing too much muscle.
454 g = 1 lb
454 g * 9 cal/g = 4086 cal per pound of fat
Seems close enough ~13 percent off and your body is not a perfect machine

Not all weight loss is pure fat loss.

There is water stores and lean mass being shed as well
Could you imagine all the dirt, dust, and sweat getting caught in her ass cheeks. She must smell horrible.
Everytime I see that pic I imagine some construction workers walking in and being like "WHAT THE FUCK ARE YOU DOING, WE'RE TRYING TO FIX THAT"
>horrible
I would still run my tongue from the back of her calf to the base of her back
