What medium do you use to write down your results, gains, kcals and everything else?

What medium do you use to write down your results, gains, kcals and everything else?

Paper notebook and a ball point pen.

Steno book with amounts and names on the left, cals and macros on the left.

Excel document

Literally money you autist
>Going for aesthetics
Just count calories and weigh self or measure waist every week, no need to log progress
>Going for strength
Just lift as much as you did last time or more, no need to log anything

Do you guys also log your rejections in a spreadsheet and hope for it to motivate you to spilling less spaghetti next time?

gonna need more of her

I track my lifts with my phone (used to spreadsheet when I was still doing a LP routine)

I track gains on my computer in some basic ass notepad file

mfp for calories

>literally money

How do I unfuck this shitty corrector? Xiaomi redmi note 3 pro user. Extremely disappointed with the corrector.

Notebook and pen for tracking weights sets, reps (then excel it),
cron-o-meter for tracking weight, BF% calories I and out, macros and micros, etc

> being this new

20 years of good logs are useful for other reasons than just finishing the next workout

need to see how you'll react to a week solid of heavy squats? it's in there. need to see if you should take a rest day? that too.

its median retard

(You)

Who cares
If you legit feel tired, go for a recovery or rest day
If you feel pumped, go smesh that PR
Only good reason to keep logs is competing, in which case lifting is your life
Other than that, lifting should be part of your life. Not your whole life.

The excel

spreadsheet software ... any will do.
Office Excel Or OpenOffice Calc

myfitnesspal daily + excel for planning the next 8-12 months out bulk/cut cycles and goals.

MyFitnessPal for kcals and weight tracking (kcals & gainz)
FitNotes for building routine and tracking weights and reps of said routine (results & gainz)
