They're awful. My bf rubs cocoa butter on them every night and I take collagen supplements. I also make sure that I hit chest hard. The best thing short of surgery is just giving it time.

I weighed a massive 165lbs at 5'2", went back down to 115lbs and they're nice and perky with no sag at all, only minimal stretch marks that are almost invisible unless I point them out.
