I coach most of the year, along with having a child. I don't follow any sport besides the ones I'm coaching. Down-time I spend grilling, cutting grass, reading, and hanging with family.
Also, I don't get any pleasure out of "pro" powerlifting besides checking out the occasional big lift.

When did you start using knee sleeves, /plg/? I don't have any pain in my knees when I squat (yet) and I have decent knee path - sometimes come in slightly when I go particularly heavy. I've never tried them before and have always just assumed I'd get to a point where I'd know I needed them. As of right now I just use a belt and my trusty romaleos.
5 rep max is 385 and I've hit 445 for a single.
Someone replied saying they added kilos and should be avoided. I asked if they had merit for injury prevention while training or were basically straps lite?

After doing my 5x3 paused squats at 70% TM and BBB squats at 50% TM on Saturday, my lower traps just got crampy and hurt. My right side is pretty much pain free, but my left side feels seized up, and its even restricting my ability to turn my head all the way to the left.

Conventional lockout is a little below dick, so my arms aren't very long, but my bench ROM still feels huge.
bench is 70% of my squat
my deadlift is 2% higher than my squat
Casual PL (did it competitively in high school, just lift now), my squat is hot garbage, is there any special tech that super tall fuckers need to use, or do I need to just keep lifting and expect it to develop more slowly
I'd recommend you a 3 day deadlift program but I'm worried you'll hurt yourself
