1 tbsp peanut butter
1/4 cup oats
1 banana
1 tbsp honey

i do every now and then, but since i use flavored almond milk and protein powder (vanilla), i can usually get by. also, bananiels are pretty cheap where im at, but strawberries and blueberries are pricey even when frozen.

Really? I just bought a pound of strawberries for $3.50, and 12 oz each of blueberries and raspberries for 2 bucks each. That's not terribly expensive.

what region do you live in? they're expensive where i'm at because most berries dont grow in colorado.

Straight up just got finished with a three scoop whole milk-mixed Chocolate Orange from Myprotein.

Orange was lacking so I splashed some blood orange vodka into it and it's seriously GOAT.

This morning's was spinach (harvested 2 of my plants from the garden so I had a lot) a few pieces of pineapple, a banana, 2% yogurt, almond milk, and an avocado slice

Pacific NW, just hit the start of berry season.

Do these things actually work? I have been using just protein powder and water, mixed in a blender from the 80s, but it's a pain to clean and way too loud (late night home gym, other sleeping). Mixing with a spoon leaves too many clumps of powder.
