Nice. Fitbit has me at 53. Do you cardio?

54

If your heart beats less than 60 times a minute, it is slower than normal. A slow heart rate can be normal and healthy. Or it could be a sign of a problem with the heart's electrical system . For some people, a slow heart rate does not cause any problems.

If you don't do a lot of cardio you should probably get it checked out.

Fitbit has me at 59, down from 85 from Dec when I did no cardio at all.

26

omg did u died

Yeah, been running like crazy since I started my cut in April, down from about 60 when I started.

I'm wondering how low my heart's floor will be if I keep training cardio. Do Marathon runners have like 10bpm?

52 BPM when I wake up, I just want to get below 50, gotta up the cardio.

it calculates average when u sleep so its superlow

>Fitbit
60, after cup of coffee

Is it bad if I'm 18 and have a resting heart rate of 89?

I'd speak to a GP if it's consistently around that.

Probably not much to worry about, just higher than average.

Dude.. You're almost doing cardio even while resting.

>18
>~45

Yep.

How 2 fix I don't wanna go to a gp.

go to a gp that bulk bills, it's free if you live in australia

How you measuring? Also to fix you just need to get that heart rate up. Start doing Cardio.

I live in sweden, I can go to a doctor for free mate.
I just don't want to.

I weightlift and don't do running but I do play a few sports like cricket and badminton and mine is at 60ish normally.

umm you probs should so you don't drop dead ahaha

just do it ya lazy cunt

current resting heart rate is 78, down from 90 like three weeks ago
feels good

I've 44 bpm at rest too.
It's good.

>I'm fucking clueless, yet I need to post

89 is a little bit too high at rest.

keep going

I swam competitively for 13 years, you aren't going to get that low. Probably mid 30s is the lowest you will get. You can get it to its lowest by losing most of your body weight and your body wily respond by shutting down its metabolic processes. But why in the fuck would you want to do that.?

Oh look, webmd.com/heart-disease/features/5-heart-rate-myths-debunked - from the same site!

damn I'm 25 and my resting bpm is 92. Fuck me

question OP, have you lost a lot of weight?
I shed around 80lbs and now sit at 40-43 BPM resting. Low thyroid? Super trained heart from being obese? Dafuq

oh, sorry. thanks for correcting me.

> >I'm fucking clueless, yet I need to post
